The self assessment includes a customized report and debrief with a Certified Energy Leadership Professional. Upon completion of the assessment, your report will be sent to a certified professional who will contact you soon after to schedule your debrief. You will receive a link to the online assessment within 24 hours of submitting your order.
The 360 assessment includes the ability to take the assessment yourself, have up to 25 individual raters take the assessment on your behalf, the generation of a customized report summarizing the feedback from multiple perspectives, and a debrief with a Certified Energy Leadership Professional. You will receive a link to the online assessment within 24 hours of submitting your order. You can then take the assessment and nominate the other raters that you would like have assist you by completing the assessment on your behalf.
Option #3 consists of the ELI Self Assessment & Debrief, ELI 360 Assessment and Debrief (of up to 25 raters), ELI Development System Client Kit, 1 full year of coaching through the entire program , which consists of 3 one hour coaching sessions per month with the 4th for processing and implementation.
